In the calculation of atomic structures within plasma environment, screening effect on nuclei - electron interactions is generally considered, but less considered. this work, MCDHF method combined with potential used to study structure parameters versus density, temperature, nuclear charge and number bound electrons. For ground states first excited helium-like ions, energy shifts, transition shifts probability caused by electron-electron increase densities decrease increasing temperatures, respectively. With charge, gradually tends a stable value, while tend 0. The electrons corresponding percentages greater than or equal 10%, are called as critical electrons, When one following four conditions satisfied, will be can not ignored. 1) density when temperature fixed value. 2) 3) both fixed. 4)
